“Inspired by the life-changing effects of a nutritious diet”

Amy Berry

Biography

Having been totally inspired on a personal level by the life-changing effects of a nutritious diet and positive lifestyle adjustments, I decided to leave the business world behind and follow my passion for nutrition and optimum health.

Following four years of full time study, I hold a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy (BSc Honours) obtained at the internationally renowned College of Nutrition, Environment and Lifestyle Management (CNELM) one of the first academic institutions to offer the possibility to study Nutritional Therapy to degree level (accredited through Middlesex University).

I am a full member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) the UK’s professional body for nutritional therapists and those working in the nutrition profession. I am registered with the CNHC – the national voluntary regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners and am an associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
